Results of genotyping of 11 offspring F0 by PCR for detection of carriers: deletion of the Cntn6 gene (panel a), its duplications (panel b), its inversions sequenced right and left sides (panel c and d, respectively). Primer pairs used for detection of deletions were FWD1.1 + REV2, duplications were FWD2.1 + REV1 and inversions were REV1 + REV2 for right side, and FWD1.1 + FWD2.2 for left side.
